TeSure, as the first step tool for reaction hazard assessment screening, provides comprehensive data support and application solutions beyond traditional DSC/DTA calorimetry.
Application Range: Rapid screening of chemical hazards—chemical thermal stability; safe operation/handling temperature; potential temperature/pressure rise range. As an effective screening method for reaction hazards, it is necessary to detect two main data points:
• Onset—temperature mutation point of exothermic reaction
• Runaway—pressure mutation point of reaction out of control
TeSure can provide not only temperature data similar to DSC/DTA but also the entire reaction process pressure data, including runaway pressure/time.
TeSure uses 1-8ml (10ml) sample test cells, making the sample quantity more representative.
